1. Article of Organization
a. Complete tje LLC Articles of Organization
b. Name Search with the Secretary of State
c. File the Articles of Organization with the Secretary of State
d. Pay the filing fees (varies from state to state)
e. Wait for the form to be approved by the state
2. Federal Tax ID Number
a. Complete the IRS SS-4 form
b. Telephone the IRS - get you number
c. Separate ID number for each LLC
3. Operating Agreement
a. Read and Complete the Operating Agreement
b. Complete Schedule A
c. Signed by all members
d. Copies made for each member
e. Keep originals with your internal documents
